REFUND POLICY

ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE PAYING FOR MY TIME AND PRODUCT, BOTH ARE THINGS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED. HOWEVER, I DO WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR HAIR AND EXPERIENCE.

PLEASE NOTIFY ME OF ANY ISSUES OR IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT AND OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP THAT MUST BE SCHEDULED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES DUE TO IMPROPER AFTER CARE.

REBOOKING

REBOOKING IS GREAT FOR CONSISTENT HEALTHY HAIR GROWTH. TO REBOOK, YOU CAN SCHEDULED ANYTIME AFTER YOUR  APPOINTMENT. BE SHALL TO SCHEDULED WITHIN 14 DAYS (2 WEEKS) OF PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT TO MAINTAIN HEALTH & GROWTH.

 

IF YOU COULD NOT COME WITHIN 14 DAYS, PLEASE MUST SURE YOU ARE MAINTAINING HEALTH BY USING RECOMMENDED HAIR PRODUCTS GIVEN TO YOU DURING CONSULTATION.

SICKNESS/FAMILY EMERGENCIES

WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. EACH CLIENT IS GIVEN 1 “GET OUT OF JAIL FREE” CARD. YOU MAY USE THIS IN THE EVENT THAT A LAST MINUTE (WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT) RESCHEDULE IS NEEDED.

 

THIS IS ONLY ACCEPTABLE IN REGARDS TO SICKNESS & FAMILY EMERGENCY AND ONCE WITHOUT PENALTY. MOVING FORWARD YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY FEES DUE TO RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS AS STATED IN OUR POLICIES.

RESCHEDULES/CHANGES

ALL RESCHEDULES AND APPOINTMENT CHANGES MUST TAKE PLACE OVER 24 HOURS FROM SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

RESCHEDULES WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A $25 FEE THAT MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF THE RESCHEDULE. YOU ARE ALLOWED (1) RESCHEDULE FREE OF CHARGE IF IT’S DONE MORE THAN ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE.

ANY CHANGES MADE TO APPOINTMENTS WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A 50% FEE THAT MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF CHANGE. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

​ANY CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A “50% OF SCHEDULED SERVICE” FEE THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.

THE CARD YOU PUT ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF THE CANCELLATION. IF THE CARD IS DECLINED, THAT FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT CAN BE SCHEDULED. 

 

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. MY TIME IS VALUABLE, AS IS YOURS.

LATENESS

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS ON TIME. WE WILL NOT EXTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME IF YOU ARE LATE. DOING SO TAKES AWAY FROM OTHER CLIENTS WHO ARRIVE ON TIME. YOU WILL ALSO STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE FULL PRICE FOR THE TIME YOU HAVE SCHEDULED.

PLEASE TAKE TRAFFIC, WEATHER AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, AN ADDITIONAL $15 WILL BE ADDED AFTER 15 MINS OF SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT TIME.

NO GUESTS

WE WORK IN A SMALL SHARED SPACE. TO ENSURE OUR CLIENTS AND OTHER CLIENTS BEING SERVICED ARE COMFORTABLE, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BRINGING ADDITIONAL GUESTS (ESPECIALLY SMALL CHILDREN) WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS. 

 

A TYPICAL APPOINTMENTS CAN RANGE FROM 2-4 HOURS LONG. DUE TO OUR NEW SANITATION PROCEDURES, WE ARE ENFORCING ONE-ON-ONE EXPERIENCES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOU AND I.

I CANNOT WORK COMFORTABLY IF THERE ARE OTHER GUESTS PRESENT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENTS. YOU WILL ALSO NOT BE FULLY RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE IF YOUR GUEST BECOMES IMPATIENT.

IF YOU MUST BRING A GUEST, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SEATING IS LIMITED, AND THEY MAYBE ASKED TO REMAIN IN CAR.
